Account & access
Go to the sign-up page and create your account with your email. Access is secure and you don’t need to install anything. Once inside, you land straight on your dashboard.
From your profile you’ll find the option to change your password. We’ll send a secure link to your email so you can update it.
The interface is available in Spanish, English, French, Italian and German, and you can switch language at any time from the menu. Your guest guide can also be offered in several languages.
No. Everything you fill in is saved to your account. When you log back in, you find it just as you left it.
Properties & plans
It’s each place you manage. Your whole guide, your map and your posters hang off a property. You start by creating one with its address.
You can create several properties: the Free plan allows up to 5 (a technical anti-abuse cap, not a commercial one). To publish a property —its public page and its assistant— you subscribe it separately.
The Free plan is fully functional with no time limit: up to 5 properties, unlimited PDFs, public transport and neighbourhood services on the map, design templates and a configurable map language. Map downloads carry a discreet watermark; subscribing the property makes them clean.
The subscription is per property and unlocks, for that property: publishing its public page (the web guide with its QR for guests), the 24/7 guest AI assistant, clean downloads of the map and PDF (no watermark, vector and editable) and the public page in several languages. See the Pricing page for the details.
Yes. From your profile you subscribe a property or manage and cancel the subscription whenever you want; the change is immediate. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period already billed.
On the Free plan and during the trial, the map and PDF downloads carry a discreet watermark. Only an active subscription for the property makes the downloads clean (vector and editable). A paid print order also frees the clean download for that property.
The digital guide
It’s a mobile web page with the “house know-how”: how to get there, the wifi, the appliances, the rules, the bins, check-out, safety and your recommendations. You share it with a link or a QR and the guest opens it without installing anything.
The guide has 43 fixed sections in six blocks —arrival, home, rules, bins, check-out and safety— plus room for as many of your own recommendations and FAQs as you want.
No. Fill in what makes sense for your place; the rest simply doesn’t appear. The more you complete, the more useful the guide and the better the AI assistant answers.
Yes. Sensitive data (building access, lockbox…) is protected by a PIN: only someone with the PIN sees it. You can mark whatever you want as sensitive.
It’s a code you set. The guest enters it once to unlock the protected information in the guide and, if you have it on, the chat. If you change the PIN, previous access stops working automatically.
Yes. You can offer the guide in all six available languages: Spanish, English, French, Italian, German and Portuguese. The guest picks theirs with a selector; if a particular section isn’t translated into that language yet, it shows in the original language with a note that the translation is on its way.
The map
From the property’s address. Dimoria creates a city view and a neighbourhood detail, adds nearby transport and services and gives it a QR code that leads to your guide. The result is a PDF.
The property’s location, nearby public transport and services such as supermarkets, pharmacies and ATMs.
Yes. Stops are detected automatically from the address; you choose which to show and, once a stop is selected, you can drag it on the map to adjust its position (or return it to its spot). It’s available on all plans.
Yes. You choose the template, the colour theme (six: Mono, Navy, Earth, Forest, Violet and Burgundy) and the map style (light, dark, monochrome and others). The “Template and colour” panel only changes the look: it doesn’t touch any data.
They’re switches to decide what shows on the map. You turn groups on or off —for example, the different service categories or your own points of interest— to keep the map clean with only what you want to show.
Yes, as a PDF. On the Free plan and during the trial, the download carries a discreet watermark; with the property subscribed, it comes out clean. You download it, share it with your guests or send it to print as a poster.
To avoid overloading the system, map regeneration is limited to once every 24 hours per property.
The guest AI assistant
It’s a chat that answers your guests’ questions from the content of your guide. The more complete the guide, the better the answers. It replies in whatever language the guest writes in — nothing to configure.
The guest AI assistant is included with the property’s subscription. You prepare the digital guide the same whether or not you’re subscribed, but the chat that answers your guests requires subscribing that property.
With the PIN you set. The same PIN unlocks the guide and the chat.
Yes, each property has a monthly message limit to keep the service sustainable. If it’s reached, the chat says so and doesn’t generate answers until the next period.
Only to someone who has entered the PIN. Without a verified PIN, the assistant doesn’t expose protected data.
Printed posters
Your property’s map as a physical print. You choose format, paper, frame and shipping.
A4 (21×29 cm) €12, A3 (29×42 cm) €19, A2 (42×59 cm) €32 and B2 (50×70 cm) €48. Matte and glossy paper have no extra cost; Fine Art adds €15 and Canvas €25. Protective lamination: +€6. Frames: simple +€20, gallery +€35, floater +€45. Shipping: standard (5-7 days) €5 or express (2-3 days) €12. You can order between 1 and 50 copies.
No. Any user with an account can order printed posters; you just need to have generated the property’s map.
From your dashboard and your profile you’ll see the order status (pending, confirmed, in production, shipped, delivered) and, when available, the tracking number.
Sharing with your guests
With a link or a QR code. You decide: send the link by message, put it in your listing or leave the QR printed at the property. The guest opens it on their phone without installing anything.
To your digital guide. That way, whoever has the poster or the map PDF can open the guide by scanning it.
Yes, with the PIN. Sensitive information and the chat only unlock with the code you set.
Yes. They’ll always see a selector with all six available languages: Spanish, English, French, Italian, German and Portuguese. If they pick one that isn’t translated yet, the translation is generated right then; in the meantime, they see the content in the original language.
Free trial, invites & discounts
It’s a way to try a property as if it were already subscribed, without paying anything: for 15 days you get the guide’s public link and the guest AI assistant switched on, though with a “sample” watermark and in a single language. You can turn it on once per property, from your dashboard. If you don’t subscribe before it ends, the property goes back to the Free plan: the public link and the assistant stop being available to your guests, and map downloads carry a watermark again. Your content isn’t lost — you can subscribe whenever you want to get clean access back.
It’s Dimoria’s referral programme. From your dashboard you generate your personal link and share it with anyone you like: when that person signs up with your link and creates their first property, you both win — your friend starts off with 15 days of trial on their property, and you get another 15 days of trial on one of yours. You can generate up to 3 invite links per account, and each one only counts the first time it’s used. One thing though: you can’t redeem your own link.
From time to time we run campaigns with single-use discount codes. If you have one, you can apply it when you subscribe: if you arrived from a promotional link it’s applied automatically; if not, you’ll see a “Have a code?” field when you subscribe where you can enter it by hand. If the code isn’t valid or has already been used, we’ll let you know before charging you anything. One detail: if you already have an active subscription and add another property to that same subscription, the discount doesn’t apply to the added property and it’s charged at full price.
