Step-by-step guides

Follow these guides to set up your digital guide, your map and your posters from start to finish. Looking for a quick answer? Check the FAQ.

01

Create your first property

A property is the place on which you build everything else.

  1. 1 Log in and go to the dashboard.
  2. 2 Click create property.
  3. 3 Enter the property’s address (it’s the only thing you really need to start). Optionally, add a name to identify it and the check-in and check-out times.
  4. 4 Save. Your property is created and you enter the editor, where you’ll complete the guide, the map and the rest.
Note

The Free plan lets you create up to 5 properties; to publish each one, you subscribe it separately.

02

Complete the “house know-how” with the assistant

This is where you fill in the information your guests will see. You don’t have to do it all at once.

  1. 1 In the editor, open the Content section (the “house know-how”).
  2. 2 You’ll see the sections grouped in six blocks: arrival, home, rules, bins, check-out and safety. Fill in the ones that apply to your place.
  3. 3 To go faster, use the content assistant: press the button with the sparkle icon (✦). It’ll ask you about the important things and fill in the sections for you; you review and adjust.
  4. 4 Add your recommendations (places in the area) and your own FAQs. If a recommendation has a location, it’ll also appear on the guide’s map.
  5. 5 Mark as sensitive the information that should only be seen by someone with the PIN (for example, building access or the lockbox).
  6. 6 If you like, add English translations to the sections you care about.
Note

The more complete the guide, the better the answers from the guest AI assistant.

03

Generate and customise your map

The map turns the address into a neighbourhood plan ready to share or print.

  1. 1 In the editor, open the Template and colour section and the map one.
  2. 2 Choose the design template, the colour theme (Mono, Navy, Earth, Forest, Violet or Burgundy) and the map style (light, dark, monochrome…).
  3. 3 The map shows public transport and nearby services (supermarkets, pharmacies, ATMs, laundromats…). With the layers you decide which groups show to keep the map clean.
  4. 4 Press generate map. Dimoria will create the city view, the neighbourhood detail and the QR that links to your guide. It takes a few seconds; you’ll see the progress in the panel.
  5. 5 When it’s ready, download the PDF (with the property subscribed it comes out watermark-free) or send it to print.
Note

Map regeneration is limited to once every 24 hours per property.

Turn on and share the digital guide

With the guide ready, all that’s left is to put it in your guests’ hands.

  1. 1 Before sharing, set an access PIN if your guide includes sensitive information or you’re going to use the chat.
  2. 2 From the panel, copy the guide’s link or download its QR code.
  3. 3 Share it however you prefer: by message to the guest, in your listing or printed at the property. The guest opens it on their phone without installing anything.
  4. 4 If you’ve added translations, the guest will see a language selector (Spanish / English).
  5. 5 Protected information and the chat only unlock when the PIN is entered. If you change it, previous access stops working.

Turn on the guest AI assistant

The assistant answers your guests’ questions from your guide, around the clock. It’s included with the property’s subscription.

  1. 1 Make sure you have the guide well filled in: it’s the assistant’s knowledge base.
  2. 2 In the editor, turn on the chat for the property and set the access PIN.
  3. 3 Share the chat link (or let the guest open it from the guide) and give them the PIN.
  4. 4 The assistant answers in Spanish or English, depending on the guest’s choice, and never reveals sensitive information without the PIN.

Order printed posters

Turn your map into a physical print to hang at the property.

  1. 1 First generate the property’s map (it’s the requirement to print).
  2. 2 Start a print order and choose format (A4, A3, A2 or B2), paper (matte, glossy, Fine Art or canvas), optional extras (lamination and frame) and quantity (1 to 50 copies).
  3. 3 Choose shipping (standard 5-7 days or express 2-3 days), check the address (it’s filled with your profile’s if you have it saved) and confirm the order.
  4. 4 Track the status from your dashboard and your profile: pending, confirmed, in production, shipped and delivered.
Note

Payment and tracking depend on the payment gateway, which may not be active yet.

07

Manage your account

Everything about your account is in your profile.

  1. 1 Details and language: review your name and choose the interface language (Spanish or English).
  2. 2 Password: click change password; you’ll get a secure link by email.
  3. 3 Subscription: check the status of your properties, subscribe one or manage and cancel the subscription whenever you want. The change is immediate.
  4. 4 Orders and invoices: check your print orders and, when available, your invoice history.
Note

Plan and invoice management depend on the payment gateway. Confirm it’s active before publishing.
