A home knows a great deal. It can almost never say it.
Dimoria is the knowledge base of a place: what you need to know in order to live in it, written once and available in whatever form — and language — the person arriving needs. It is built by mindgeist s.l., which has spent since 2008 making machines understand people.

Everything worth knowing about a house lives in the head of whoever looks after it.
The boiler you have to switch on half an hour early. The brown bin that only goes out on Tuesdays. The bakery that opens at seven, and the better one that opens late. The trick with the lock. Small things — and exactly the ones that turn an unfamiliar place into a liveable one.
That knowledge is almost never written down. It travels in fragments: a midnight message, a PDF from two summers ago, a note on the fridge nobody can read any more. Every new arrival asks the same questions, and whoever looks after the place explains it all again from scratch.
Interpret and care for a place.
A virtual housekeeper, whatever the relationship.
There does not have to be a rental involved. Whenever someone is going to live in a place that is not theirs, the same set of questions is waiting. Dimoria answers them once, for any of these relationships.
Vacation rental
The guest arrives late, in a hurry and in another language. Arrival, Wi-Fi, rules and neighborhood are already there, without messaging you.
Home exchange
Two families who have never met lend each other their whole lives. The guide does the introductions: how everything works, what can be touched, who to call.
Keys to a friend
They are staying for the weekend. Instead of a four-minute voice note, you send a link and they know where the router is and how the blind closes.
The family house
The second home everyone uses and nobody documents. One place where the usual things are written down, for August and for Christmas.

We are a Spanish technology consultancy. For nearly two decades we have worked where media, advertising, marketing and technology converge — and on one problem that always shows up: making a system understand what a person is asking and answer with what it actually knows.
Conversational interfaces
More than 45 Alexa skills in Spanish, across fifteen categories and three markets. Voice, text and multimodal experiences.
Accessibility
Projects with ONCE — library, audio description, activity booking — and the Braille Learning Kit, modular hardware for learning braille.
Language and semantic search
Language models and vector databases applied to your own knowledge, as in databraid.eu.
Dimoria is what happens when that toolbox is pointed at something very specific: a house, and the person who has just walked through the door.
Six decisions that explain the product.
Written once
The same information feeds the web guide, the printable map and the assistant. Fix it in one place and it changes in all three.
The assistant answers from what you write
It does not opine or fill gaps: it works from your guide. If something is not written down, it says so and leaves the answer to you.
It works on paper too
The map is made to be printed and left on the hall table. No battery, no signal, nothing to install.
Multilingual by default
You write in the language you think in. Every guest reads and asks in theirs.
Your information is yours
You decide what is published and what is not. Edit it or stop sharing it whenever you like.
We do not run your business
No bookings, channels, payments or pricing. Dimoria takes care of the knowledge of the place and sits alongside the tools you already use.

Reasonable questions
So, is Dimoria a company?
Dimoria is a product of mindgeist s.l., a Spanish technology consultancy active since 2008. The team that builds the product is the one answering the email.
What do you do with my property information?
It is used to generate your guide, your map and the assistant’s answers. You decide what gets published; edit it or stop sharing it whenever you like. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.
Can the assistant make an answer up?
It is designed to answer only from what you have written in your guide. When something is not documented, it says so and points the guest to the host instead of improvising.
Is it useful if I do not rent my home?
Yes. Home exchange, second homes, keys lent to friends or family: any situation where someone has to live in a place they do not know.
How does the project sustain itself?
Through the product’s subscriptions. Creating your account, generating the map and previewing it is free; publishing the guide and turning on the assistant is subscribed per property, and each additional property costs less than the first. The amounts are on the pricing page.
Can I talk to someone?
Yes. Write to hola@dimoria.homes and a person from the team will reply.
