Desde el aeropuerto del Prat (BCN): coge el Aerobús A1/A2 hasta Plaça Catalunya (35 min) y desde allí metro L4 (verde) hasta Jaume I, 2 paradas. Getting here from the station es

Collection day or schedule es

What to do before leaving (windows, lights, AC) es
Before leaving: place the keys in the key box, turn off the air‑conditioning and close the windows. No hace falta lavar platos sueltos, pero sí meterlos en el lavavajillas.

Sí. Si la limpieza ya ha terminado te dejamos entrar antes; si no, puedes dejar las maletas y salir a comer. Escríbenos esa mañana para coordinarlo.
Can I leave my luggage before check‑in?es
Yes. If cleaning is finished we’ll let you in early; otherwise you can drop off your bags and go out for a meal. Message us that morning to arrange.

Can I drink tap water?es
It is potable, though quite hard and has a chlorine taste. Most guests buy bottled water; it’s cheap at the corner supermarket.
